Research has shown that 40% of Americans get less than the recommended amount of sleep each night. Come learn some tips and tricks from a mom who didn't sleep for years! I learned how to get my whole family sleeping, and now I help provide natural solutions for parents and children, so that they can go from sleep deprived to having sweet dreams every night!
