Fine tune your yoga practice or give yoga a try with a Gentle Yoga class.

 

Yoga instructor Linda Morse will guide you through essential postures and show you how to breathe. Improve your flexibility, build strength, and feel refreshed and renewed.

 

No yoga experience is necessary. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat.

 

Linda Morse is certified through the Kripalu Center in Massachusetts.

 

Gentle Yoga runs on Wednesdays, October 6, 13, 20 & 27.
