Life as an EMT: Tales by Captain Michael Morse

Join former firefighter and EMT Captain Michael Morse for tales about life as an EMT.

All EMTs have astonishing and hard stories, and Michael Morse has twenty-three years of tales about working as an EMT in Providence.

Hear about life and death emergencies, more ordinary calls, and the occasional comic interaction. Learn about making quick medical decisions, working long hours, and the strangeness of coming into an emergency and leaving before it concludes.

Michael Morse is the author of Rescuing Providence, Rescue 1 Responding, and Rescue 911: Tales from a First Responder.

This event is free and open to all. Drop in for a fun time.
