Gentle Yoga for Beginners and All Levels

Fine tune your yoga practice or give yoga a try with a Gentle Yoga Class on Wednesdays, August 1, 8, 15 & 22.

 

Learn fundamental yoga postures, the benefits of each posture, proper alignment, and breath awareness. Gain flexibility, build core strength, and leave refreshed and renewed.

 

No yoga experience is necessary. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat.

 

Yoga instructor Linda Morse is certified through the Kripalu Center in Massachusetts.

 

This event is free and open to all. Drop in for a fun time.
