Join the Healthy Habits team and delve into navigating the 9 common food allergens listed below on Thursday, June 20 at 2 p.m.:


Wheat, Dairy, Eggs, Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Fish, Shellfish, Soy, and Sesame


The workshop will provide hidden sources, alternatives to use when cooking or baking, and the reactions that can occur when not being careful, and the importance of being mindful of these allergens. The workshop includes a cooking demo and tasting. It is presented by the RI Food Bank.
