Request a Meeting Room

  • Before reserving a meeting room for the first time, please read the Meeting Room Policy and Facts.
  • The rooms are available from 9:00am - 8:30pm (Monday - Thursday) and 9:00am - 4:30pm (Friday - Saturday).   We do not book rooms on Sundays.
  • Allow at least 60 minutes between meetings. 
  • You may have up to two meetings scheduled at any one time.
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your room request has been accepted. If you need help completing the application or room request, call 739-5440 x9757 Monday – Friday between 9 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
  • If you need to cancel your room reservation, please email wpladmin@warwicklibrary.org or call 739-5440 x9757 as soon as possible in order to make the room available to other groups.
  • Check the schedule here before making a reservation.
  • The Idea Studio is available to be booked on Fridays and Saturdays.  Read more here.
