The library is transitioning to a new room reservation system.  We will not be accepting room reservation requests until Monday, October 2nd at Noon.  Please check our website at that time to make a reservation.  Please do not call to make a reservation.

Reserve a Meeting Room

1. How to Reserve a Room

Use the chart below to check the availability our meeting rooms.

All room reservations must start one (1) hour after the previous meeting and end one (1) hour before the following meeting to allow time to clean the room.

2. FAQs

  • Reservations can be made up to 90 days in advance.
  • No person or group can have more than one (1) reservation per month.
  • If your meeting is cancelled, please notify us as soon as possible via email at wpladmin@warwicklibrary.org
