Reserve a Meeting Room

1. How to Reserve a Room

Use the chart below to check the availability our meeting rooms.

All room reservations must start one (1) hour after the previous meeting and end one (1) hour before the following meeting to allow time to clean the room.

2. FAQs

  • Reservations can be made up to 60 days in advance.
  • No person or group can have more than two (2) reservations on the calendar at one time.
  • If your meeting is cancelled, please notify us as soon as possible via email at wpladmin@warwicklibrary.org
