I love the movie Mean Girls because it's a 2000s classic. It shows the rivalry between girls and what people do for popularity. Cady moved to a new high school after being home-schooled her whole life. She gets involved with three other girls and she realizes that they love attention and are all "It girls" Cady and her other friend set up a plan to sabotage the It Girls. Cady got too obsessed with attention and being popular that she forgot about her real friends. When they found out what was happening, the major drama went down. The story shows that you have to be yourself, and don't have to change to make others like you because it will always end up bad.
