Diary of a Wimpy Kid Wrecking Ball by Jeff Kinney

This book is about Greg Heffley’s family renovating their home but the renovations don’t go as planned and then they have to decide whether or not they want to stay or move to a new home. Overall I enjoy reading this book but this book feels like there is a lot going on. When the first Diary Of A Wimpy Kid books came out, they were simple. The books were just about a kid’s life and what he has to deal with in middle school. But now the books are about a bunch of different things like him going to this paradise island in one of the other books. I just think the newer Diary of Wimpy Kid books like this one have too much going on in them but I still enjoy them. I do enjoy the story of this book and that is really what makes this book standout from all the other books but there is a lot going on. So overall I would give this book a 7.5 out of 10.
