Tech Help Appointments

The Warwick Public Library offers tech help to the community through one-on-one tech help appointments.

Although, many topics may be addressed by a Reference Libarian at the Reference Desk without an appointment. 

 

For a one-on-one tech help session with our Technology Librarian, Colleen Wolf, please make an appointment:

  • Stop by the Reference Desk to make an appointment.
 
One-on-One Tech Help with Colleen is by appointment only.

All appointments are 30 minutes in length.

One appointment per person per week. 

Please bring or have all relevant passwords to access the accounts you need help with.

Please bring your fully charged device if you need help with it. 
Please note: We do not troubleshoot or fix malfunctioning devices, handle viruses or virus software, download and/or install hardware, or participate in credit card or payment transactions. 
 

 *Appointments are available in person, via phone, and virtually. If you would like an outdoor appointment - please let us know when booking the appointment. Otherwise come to the Reference Desk at the time of your in person appointment. Face masks and physical distancing are requested during Tech Help sessions.
