Batman Hush is a graphic novel published by DC comics in 2009. The graphic novel covers the issues Batman #608-619 from 2003. It is a story about Batman meeting a new villain named Hush, and how Batman finds that he is different from any villain he has faced before. The story is written by Jeph Loeb and illustrated by Jim Lee. While reading this story, I had a hard time putting it down, because I genuinely was invested in what was happening and the story behind this mysterious new villain. It has had a major impact on the Batman story as a whole, due to the themes introduced in this story arc. There is a wide variety of characters in this story, including catwoman and superman as well as others that would be considered spoilers. As I said before, the story is very interesting, and I believe that most people would find it entertaining. The characters all interact with each other in ways that make sense for what's going on as well. My favorite thing about this book is the art. Jim Lee is my favorite comic book artist, and this book is one of the major reasons why. All of the drawings are very detailed and have an identifiable style to it that only Lee can draw. I give this book a 8 out of 10, just because they reference things that went on before the story which may be hard for people just getting into Batman comics to understand because they haven't read them yet. Other than that, I think the book is great.
