Little Women

Greta Gerwig’s 2019 movie adaptation of Louisa May Alcott’s classic novel, “Little Women,” will leave you smiling and entertained for its entirety. The viewer follows the lives of the March girls: Meg, Jo, Amy, and Beth. Living in the 19th-century while the country is divided into Civil War is hard enough, but the four girls are navigating this trying time while trying to grow up to become women in a society that believes women are only for the home. All with the different personalities, the four March girls draw you into their lives, leaving you to care about what happens to them next. This movie will make you laugh, smile, cry, and feel warm inside, and I would highly recommend it to anyone due to its uplifting story and fantastic cinematography.
