The Miscalculations of Lighting Girl by Stacy McAnulty

In this book, a girl named Lucy is struck by lightning when she was younger. The effect was that she got brain damage. As an effect, she had a superability called being an acquired savant. Because of this, she could do crazy math in her head. She has been taking advanced math classes online, however, she now has to go to a middle school. What will she do? Middle school can be a lot harder than math. I loved this fictitious book and I feel as if this book hooked me in and gave me something to look forward to throughout the book. I would recommend this book to people who are into realistic fiction.
