10 Things I Hate About You

This film is a cinematic masterpiece, from the time period to the political statements made throughout the movie. This film really does emphasize the social hierarchy of high school itself. 10 Things I Hate About You is actually my favorite movie of all time. This is because of the time period, by that I mean the fashion. The clothing that each character wears shows their personality and all of the fashion trends of the time. Moving on, there are also a lot of political statements in the movie. Some of which are, the main character criticizing the patriarchy to the main character being called out by her teacher for her white feminism. Overall, this movie will forever remain my favorite due to the political statements, fashion, and actual vibe of the movie itself. I highly recommend watching this movie if you are into all of the things I previously mentioned.
