All Dogs Go To Heaven

Dog casino owner Charlie ends up getting killed by another dog gambler named Carface but Charlie returns to Earth from heaven thanks to the powers of a magical, rewindable watch. Charlie then sets out to take his revenge on Carface with an elaborate plan that includes an orphan girl, named Anne-Marie. As the plan progresses, Charlie discovers that Anne-Marie is being used by Carface. Charlie then has to decide whether to change his mission from one of revenge to one of rescue. I loved this movie so much, I used to watch it on a VHS tape. It was a slightly dark film and really sad. Still an all-time favorite. I do think some of the themes could be too much for someone super young since it's a 1980s movie there are just a few gritty bits in the film but that was deemed okay in those days. It shows scenes of smoking, drinking, and gambling; things that are considered bad but come together with the storyline.
