“Face your fears and be brave.” When facing the Sandworm, the couple was rather scared and all for good reason. But in the end, they fought against it and made it safely home before it could catch them. “Read the handbook” is another good life lesson. When dealing with a situation, it’s always good to ‘follow the instructions’ in a sense. You may want to be independent and do things alone, but reading the instructions always helps. In the movie, the couple didn’t read the handbook at first and was unaware of how to get help now that they were dead and it became a rough patch. You always need to ‘read the handbook.’
