The Gunslinger by Stephen King

The Gunslinger by Stephen King really got me back into reading after months of not being able to just sit down and read. It tells the story of Roland, a quiet, motivated, strong man who is godly with his guns. It tells his story of overwhelming motivation to find The Man in Black. His story draws the reader into his world, as if walking right beside him in his quest. The emotions drawn from me whilst reading this novel was like no other. It was truly an incredible and unique read. This book ended up meaning so much to me that my father and I have decided to get matching tattoos based off of it.
