The Inheritance Games

The Inheritance Games was a very interesting book with wonderfully complex mysteries inside. The novel was fast-paced, but the details about each character and the Hawthorne mansion were well described. Before long, I found myself engrossed in the storyline, waiting desperately to find out the why Avery Grambs (the main character) had received the infamous Hawthorne fortune. The talented descriptions of Avery’s thoughts made me feel as if I had experienced everything alongside her. The execution of the novel’s main idea was quite original and the unpredictable plotline truly kept me on my toes. Overall, the development of the many puzzles that Avery was forced to solve was highly impressive and very engaging for the reader.
