Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children

"Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children" is a movie about a boy named Jacob, who received information about an alternative world and time, where people have magical powers and live forever, from his grandfather. Later, he meets Miss Peregrine in her school of peculiar children (each one having unique powers). Although this movie gets kind of confusing with the different time spans, the movie was still enjoyable. I love how every kid or teen in Miss Peregrine's school have different abilities and powers that help them accomplish daily needs. In fact, I feel their character traits connect with their powers, so it seems relevant. The action sequences were very entertaining because everyone uses their powers to help each other. Some of those action sequences were very tense because the villains also have powers that affect the children's strategy.
