A Nightmare Before Christmas

“Try new things and don’t be afraid to think outside of the box.” Jack Skellington spent the movie wanting to try something else. Being the king of Halloween, he longed for something more. And when discovering Christmas Town, he saw his opportunity. He wanted to try something new, something different and fun. But, this leads into another life lesson. “Your actions have consequences.” He tried so hard to change everything to fit into what he wanted to become and in the process, he ruined a lot of things. Friendships, relationships, and the people around him were greatly affected. But he learned in the end that he should be who he was meant to be. Trying new things is good, even if it does fail in the end. You still learn things throughout your journey of learning about new things in life.
