Meeting Rooms

Reserving a Room

The library offers five meeting rooms that may be reserved for public use:

  • Large Meeting Room
  • Small Meeting Room
  • Idea Studio
  • Room 112
  • Room 113

Meeting Room Usage

Meeting rooms are available to groups and organizations only. All meetings must be free and open to the public. Meeting rooms cannot be reserved in advance by individuals for personal use, private meetings, video calls, remote work, or individual study.

Need a quiet space for yourself? Use our study rooms instead — no reservation needed.

Individuals may use a meeting room on a walk-up basis if the room is not reserved or in use. Walk-up use is not guaranteed and is subject to availability. The room must be vacated immediately if needed for a scheduled meeting or library program.

Booking a Room

If your request is for a group or organization, follow these steps:

  1. Read the full Meeting Room Policy. Submitting a request means you agree to follow it.
  2. Review the details and available equipment for each room, listed further down this page.
  3. Find availability and book a meeting room.
