Such an amazing movie! It's amazing to see how far the film series has come since the trailer for sonic 1. The movie builds on the first movie's story and feels cohesive in the universe. All the characters' personalities were spot on and all the references to other sonic media was great to see. Knuckles cracked me up the whole movie and Jim Carrey's role as egg man was just perfect! I would definitely recommend this movie to anyone. It has references to the games that original sonic fans will love but there's no need to know the lore to enjoy the film; it has something for everyone!
