When a daring 11-year-old girl finds another world that is a weirdly glamorized version of her newly-moved into home, She discovers that it has horrid secrets. When Coraline moves to an old house, she feels disinterested and mistreated by her parents. She finds a hidden door with a bricked-up passage one night while following circus mice and goes through it. I think Coraline is a really unique and crazy adventure with an amazing voice cast, first-class stop-motion effects, and some hilarious dialogue. If you like the macabre and are a fan of Claymation it doesn't get much better than this. Coraline is a world of imagination that has been tied up with every possible need that anyone, child and adult has ever imagined.
