Anthony M. Pesare was Chief of Police for Middletown, RI, a Major in the Rhode Island State Police, and a criminal justice and constitutional law instructor at Roger Williams University and Salve Regina University.
He played a pivotal role in dismantling organized crime operations across New England, including the notorious Patriarca crime family. He is the author of the crime novels They Always Win and Back in the Game.
