The Outsiders

The Outsiders is one of my all-time favorite movies. I think that everyone should definitely check out this movie. It is about a 14-year old boy named Ponyboy who is part of a gang known as the Greasers. The Greasers and the Socs fight a lot. This leads to a lot of tragic events that happen later on in the movie. One reason I would recommend this movie is because of the characters. They are very likable and relatable and the character development is truly phenomenal. The theme of the movie is that although different groups of people may have disagreements, they are really not so different after all. I liked this movie because they were able to convey this message through a movie filled with action and drama. It is a very touching story that I think many teens and adults would enjoy.
