Reduce Your Stress with Drumming

Join artist and drumming instructor Thomas Terceira to learn how to reduce your stress with drumming on Tuesday, February 10 at 7 p.m.
 

 

Drumming can lift your spirit and positively affect your mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Sit in a drumming circle and learn how to play simple drum rhythms that are steady, meditative, relaxed, and healing.

 

Bring a drum or borrow something to play from a collection of drums and other percussion instruments. Sound instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and rain sticks are also welcome.

 

No musical or drumming experience is necessary. Limited to ages 16 and up.

 

Thomas Terceira has taught drumming at the Learning Connection, Young Fish School of World Drumming, All that Matters, and The Brittany Spheres Camp for Performing Arts.

 

This event is free and open to all.
