The Shadows Between Us by Tricia Levenseller

The Shadows Between Us by Tricia Levenseller is an amazing YA romance between a dark king full of secrets and a cunning and ambitous girl, aiming for the crown. Reading this book was quite refreshing for me, many YA books are full of protaganists that are always perfect and do the right thing. However, this main character, Allesandra, is morally grey and I thoroughly enjoyed reading about her. Peronsally, I felt the plot was a bit rushed in the end and it was rather easy to guess what was going to happen. Nevertheless, it was a very easy read and I would definitely reccomend it.
