Superache by Conan Gray

My review is about the album called Superache by Conan Gray. This is personally one of my favorite albums ever. This album is called superache do to all the different pains conan has felt in his life. I think this album is great to share with others so people can relate to him. Sometimes when you hear a song that is talking about something you are going through it makes you feel comforted and not alone. The track list starts off with a song called "Movies". This song talks about how the movies make everything seem so perfect, people falling in love and getting everything they want. Conan is singing about how he wants to have a love like the movies. The next song is called "People watching", this song is about not being in a relationship and feeling like your living on the outside world watching everyone else. His friends are in relationships and he says "I want to feel all that love and emotion, be that attached to the person I'm holding". He wants to have someone to love and care for. "disaster" is the next song, people have said the song is chaotic and very fast paced for a reason. Its representing what an overthinking brain sounds like. This is so genius in the music industry. The next song is called "Best Friend" . This song is an appreciation for his best friend, just a sweet reminder of how much she means to him. "Astronomy" is a beautiful song and personally one of my favorites. I think this song is peaceful. It feels like you are sitting on your roof watching the stars. "yours" is the next song, this song has a beautiful piano playing in the background. Conan's music is great to listen to when you want to relax. Listening to calming music can help reduce stress and anxiety. "jigsaw" is the next song, I think this song is so important for people to understand. The song is talking about how he spent so much time trying to change himself for others. He creates this image of cutting your personality into pieces and gluing together this new personality that isn't you. You become this jigsaw or puzzle pieces that don't go together. He talks about how even after that he wasnt enough for this person. It's a great lesson to know that you shouldn't change yourself for anyone. "family line" is a beautiful song that talks about Conan's childhood and his family problems. This song is so good for people to listen to, at any age people can feel problems in their family and being able to listen to a song like this can be very therapeutic. "Summer child" is the next song, this song is my favorite from the album. It talks about being born in the summer and being so close to everything happy and bright. But of course everyone can't be happy everyday. My favorite lyric is "oh summer child "you don't have to feel like all you feel is mild, you don't really like the sun it drives you wild."" "Footnote" is the next song, I think this is one of the best songs. It's so pretty and elegant. The song is talking about how he's in love with someone, but they are in love with someone else. So he will just leave a footnote in their life instead of writing their story together. "Memories" is always playing on the radio and is one of the most popular songs on the album. It's very catchy and overall a great song. "The exit" is the last song on the album. I love the contrast in harmonies in this song. It's about being in love with someone but he found out they love someone else and he's "still waiting at the exit". Overall I think conan is a musical and lyrical genius. I always recommend his albums to others. There's no bad songs, they all have a special place in my heart. This entire album I would rate a 10/10
