How It Works:
1. Choose the organization that you would like to support.
2. Complete the activity.
3. Once the activity is complete, please fill out this form.
4. After your activity information is reviewed and approved, you will receive an email confirming your completed service hours. This may take at least a week.
A. THE CONFETTI FOUNDATION
The Confetti Foundation, located in RI, supplies birthday parties to children who have to spend their birthdays in a hospital, pediatric oncology clinic, or hospice facility.

Cards for Hospitalized Kids spreads hope, joy, and magic to hospitalized kids across America through uplifting, handmade cards.
