Sit on a yoga mat or in a chair and quiet your mind at a four-week yoga class on February 4, 11, 18, and 25 at 7 p.m.
Yoga brings calm, clarity, and connection to the body and mind by helping you slow down, breathe deeply, and find balance amidst life’s chaos.
Join instructor Bonnie Donahue to learn how to use breath work, movement, meditation, and self-reflection to reset and restore. Wear comfortable clothing. Bring a yoga mat or sit in a chair, and bring water and a journal to write in.
Bonnie Donahue began yoga at 20, but it was in her first Savasana that she truly felt its power—the profound stillness, the quieting of her restless mind, and a sense of coming home to herself. In 2014, she deepened her practice through teacher training with Coral Brown at Laughing Elephant Yoga.
